Yoga Classes at AFSF : Are you ready ?

 
A new wellness dimension is coming to AFSF : join us for yoga sessions ! 

Anne Barbaret is originally from French Brittany (Bretagne) and has been living in San Francisco for almost 30 years. She has been teaching yoga (Iyengar style) since 2006 for all ages and levels, on Zoom and in person; she also organizes workshops in Saint Briac Sur Mer (Bretagne) every year... Anne will introduce you to Iyengar yoga very soon in our premices, with a friendly French accent.

Sessions will be accessible to all levels.
