Community project

As you may know  the Alliance Francaise San Francisco will be opening a new museum in May about the History of the French speaking community in San Francisco and the Bay area. 

As we are getting closer to the opening and launching some community projects to share and preserve individual and collective stories, we are looking for : 

• Descendants of French speaking immigrants who came before 1930 and who would be interested in sharing the story of their ancestors (interview, article, …) 
  
• Items representing this community (tools, stores, clothes,...) 
  
• Documents (letters, invoices, journals,...)
