FINANCIERS
Originally, these little cakes were made in Lorraine by nuns in a convent.

- Baking time: 20min
- Serving : 6 pieces
🍳INGREDIENTS:
50g fluid flour
150g of sugar
75g of butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
50g almond powder
4 egg white
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Butter the baking pan
- Mix the almond powder, sugar, flour and vanilla in a bowl
- Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and add to the previous mixture
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and add it to the batter
- Add into the pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes
