Crêpes

Ingredients:
- Flour: 250 g
- Eggs: 4
- Milk: ½ liter
- Salt: 1 pinch
- Sugar: 2 tbsp
- Melted butter: 50 g
How to make it:
- Put the flour in a bowl with the salt and sugar
- Make a well in the middle and pour in the eggs
- 3 Start mixing gently. When the mixture becomes thick, add the milk little by little
- 4 When all the milk is mixed in, the dough should be quite fluid. Then add the cooled melted butter
- Cook the pancakes in a hot pan. Place on the heat and when the pancake's edges turn light red, it's time to flip it
- Let it cook for about a minute on this side and the pancake is ready.
