Please contact us if you would like your school to become a satellite center for your students.
What are the options for the school ?
Whether your become a partner school or a satellite center, you provide us with the list of students and the chool pays for the exam fees and we do the registration process and the exam validation.
- Be a partner and register your students to take the exam DELF Junior at the Alliance Française (exam in March)
-
Be a satellite center for DELF Scolaire and/or Prim with a few variations possible :
- Option 1 : the school provides the classrooms and the supervisor(s) . Please note that each supervisor will need to complete a 4h online training (only available in French at this time) and obtain a certificate. The supervisor role is to check the presence and IDs, distribute the exam, supervise inside the exam room and collect the exams. They will also need to play the audio and be the local contact for that exam. The school is also responsible for enrolling their students, printing all the material for Delf Scolaire, scheduling the speaking exams (with availability provided by our exam proctors), as well as entering all their grades after the exam. In this option, the exam proctors who administer the speaking exam and grade the exams are provided by AFSF with additional cost.
- Option 2: same as option 1 the school provides the classrooms and supervisors BUT the school also provides the exam proctors with a valid certificate (less than 5 years, training is 30h) who administer the speaking exam and grade the exams. Each school needs a minimum of 2 exam proctors, and need 2 certified exam proctors per candidate . We offer trainings to teachers to become DELF exam proctors. The school is then responsible for enrolling their students, printing all the material for Delf Scolaire, scheduling the speaking exams, as well as entering all their grades after the exam.
- Option 3 : Same as option 1, but we also handle the administrative work of the exam session (enrollment, printing the exam material, entering grades, scheduling) for additional cost.
