Option - Accommodation in Montpellier 

Option A : Host Family : Single Room breakfast, and dinner (lunch not included), housing accommodation with a host family arranged by Alliance Française de Montpellier. Includes breakfast and dinner (lunch not included). Option B : Residence Hoteliere double Room : housing accommodation in a Résidence hotelière (furnished studio of 20-25 m² with kitchen and private bathroom) arranged by Alliance Française de Montpellier, includes Breakfast (lunch and dinner are not included) Option C : Residence Hoteliere Single Room : housing accommodation in a Résidence hotelière (furnished studio of 20-25 m² with kitchen and private bathroom) arranged by Alliance Française de Montpellier, includes Breakfast (lunch and dinner are not included)

Option - additional Stay in Paris  

Option 1 : I will be flying back from Montpellier on April 27 to San Francisco without additional stay Option 2: I will leave for Paris on April 27 and will Fly back to San Francisco on April 30. Please note that you will need to make your own travel arrangements for the Paris stay and visit on your own, but we will offer some recommendations.

Cancellations received after February 10, 2025, will result in forfeiture of 50% of the full trip cost per person.
Cancellations received after February 20, 2025, will necessitate forfeiture of the full trip cost per person.

A $1500 non refundable deposit is needed at the time of registration. 
50% trip cost due by January 29 
100% trip due by February 20

Terms,  Conditions and Cancellation policy 

 Travel Arrangements Economy flights from SFO to Montpellier (through Paris), Montpellier to SFO (through Paris) and transportation from and to the airport at destination will be provided by the Organizers.

Responsibility Alliance Francaise San Francisco (AFSF)  and the Organizers act only as a provider with respect to travel and shall, under no circumstances, be held responsible for injury, damage, loss, accident, delays, or any unpredictable event whatsoever.

Therefore, no refund or compensation will be made by AFSF or the Organizers for any damage incurred by the participant.

Participants are required to purchase their own travel insurance with emergency and medical coverage. Our partner travel agency Calparrio can help participants purchase one.  Purchase must be made before departure.
