The Alliance Française of San Francisco reserves the right to cancel courses, adjust curriculum or change teachers at any time during the
session. New classes must reach a minimum enrollment of three students in order for the class to open, and a minimum of
five students to be fully open.
Courses are typically cancelled due to insufficient enrollment (minimum of 3 students) or unavailability of an instructor. If your
course is cancelled, you will be notified by telephone or e-mail and given the option to transfer, to receive a credit or to be fully
refunded.
A note on prorated pricing: If a significant portion of students in a group class are prorated, the number of
students needed to keep the class open may be higher. For example, if 2 students in the class are only coming to 4 out of the 8 classes,
and are only paying 50% of the class price, they may be counted as 1 student.
