Moussy’s, the new restaurant at the Alliance Française of San Francisco, is offering French cooking classes Mondays 6pm -9pm (in French) and Wednesdays 6pm-9pm ( in English). Each class includes four meetings.

Learn the classic and the most modern techniques and recipes in French cuisine. The course is taught by a master French chef. Four class meetings, each week new ideas, new recipes and new culinary experience will open to you. One hour of demonstration followed by one hour of preparation and technique directed by the chef, and one hour of cooking time. PRICE INCLUDES ALL MATERIALS.
